Remove gel foils

Common questions - FAQs

How do I apply UV yield and how long do you hold?
A set UV gel foils includes 20 self-adhesive stripes. Here the length of your nails decides whether a pack is sufficient for several applications (usually 1-2). With short nails you can often halve a strip in the middle and use it for 2 nails. Depending on how quickly your nails grow or you want a different color, a manicure with us usually lasts up to 3 weeks.

Simply stick the right gel strip in the middle of your nail. Then cut out or file out the protruding remains, harden for 60 seconds under the UV lamp and you're done! Make sure that you don't glue the cuticles. Press the film well. You can also stretch the gel foil a bit with gentle pressure and adjust it to your nail width.

Do the foils also fit on the tooth nails?
Yes, do they. Simply cut the foils (remnants) for your toenails, stick them up and harden them. For many, a film strip is sufficient for both hands and feet.

How do I remove the UV yields?
To remove the UV gel foils, brush the gap between the film and nail with our remover oil (or an oil of your choice) and then take the included wooden stick. You carefully push that under the gel foils. Move the stick gently back and forth and thus loosen the gel film until it literally falls off the nail. You can also remove any remains on the nail with oil and your nails can be spoiled with a round of care directly when removing.

Our gel films during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are very special phases in life in which you should listen to your body particularly well. From contact with certain chemical substances in liquid form is often recommended for this time (this applies, for example, to hair dye and liquid nail polish). On the other hand, no contraindications are known for the use of our gel nail foils during pregnancy and lactation, since the foils are free of critical ingredients such as toluol, xylol, campher, formaldehyde, formaldehyde, ethyltosylamide, triphenylphosphate (TPHP), colophone, halogenorganic compounds (AOX), paraben , Silicones, eugenol, animal components and benzophenons are (so-called "14-Free"). However, please keep your gynecologist on this topic again and get individually advised there.

Are the gel films vegan hema and 14-free and without animal experiments?
Yes, of course. Our environment is important to us. That is why our UV gel foils and nail polish foils and all nail care products are vegan and were made without animal testing. They are also suitable for pregnant women, hema and 14-free and without pollutants. They fit every nail and are 100% real gel paint to stick on.

Do I have to take your UV lamp?
If you already have a different UV lamp, it usually also works without any problems. The size of our lamp is of course also ideal for traveling and has an integrated timer that automatically starts after 1 minute.

How long do our UV yields last?
Our UV gel foils usually last up to 3 weeks (here it always depends on how quickly your nails grow). You do not need a paint, because the gel foils are only rightly cut/filed and then hardened with the UV lamp (LED). On the back of the gel foil packaging, we also explain everything step by step again.

Once the nails are too strong, you simply remove the UV gel foils carefully with a wooden stick and carefully lift them off the nail.

For how many applications a pack is enough?
A set UV gel foils includes 20 nail polish strips. Here the length of your nails decides whether a pack is sufficient for several applications (usually 1-2).

Do the foils also work on their feet?
But something from! A pack of foils is usually enough for both hands and feet. With your feet you just have to be a bit creative and cut the remaining foils for your nail size. Then again under the UV lamp to harden and Voilá, done!

What are the UV yields made of?
Our UV gel foils consist of several layers of half-hardened gel (acrylate).
The individual components are:

PolyAcrylic Acid: This is a synthetic fabric that acts as a binder and ensures the cohesion of the color pigments of the UV gel foils.

Acrylates Copolymer: This is a water-soluble plastic that guarantees the cohesion of the color pigments in the UV gel foils as a binder.

Glycerine propoxylate triacrylate: This fabric is a film designer who serves as a protective layer over your UV gel foils and guarantees a long shelf life.

Isopropylthioxanthone: This fabric is responsible for ensuring that the UV gel foils become hard when contacting UV light and forms a stable, resistant surface.

Our products are hema-free and therefore suitable for people to reactions to cosmetic products.

We have long been durable after opening?
2 things are particularly important for the UV gel foils:
1.: Please only open the color (s) only when you use the UV gel foils because they are sensitive to light and otherwise can become hard.
And 2.: After using it, you should not only pack them airtight but also to prevent it again in order to prevent early hardening.
We recommend that you consume remaining UV gel foils best within a few weeks.

Did I do something wrong when applying?
When sticking the UV gel foils sticking, please make sure that you only get them out of the protective film and when using it not to stick it on the cuticle and really only place them on the nail. This prevents the rear edge from lifting and instead everything sits on your nails evenly.

How do I remove the UV yields?
To remove the UV gel foils, first distribute some oil of your choice (e.g. our remover oil) on your nail edges. Then you simply take the supplied rose wood stick and carefully push the oil under the gel foils. Move the stick gently back and forth and thus loosen the gel film until it literally falls off the nail.

Here any remains on the nail can be removed with a little oil or nail polish remover. Take some time and carefully proceed when removing.

After removing, the nails look forward to a little care with nail oil and at the same time you can optimally prepare them for the use of new UV gel foils.

But be careful: Before using our foils again, you should degrease your nails (e.g. with nail polish remover) so that the foils remain well.

What nourishing ingredients does the remover-oel consist of?
Our rich remover oil is the icing on the cake for the perfect removal of your foils and care of your nails. Ideal for your cuticle to gently push them back. Nursing vitamin E makes your nails more resistant and supports nail growth.

Apply the oil to the lower foil edges before removing and then carefully lift the foils up with the wooden stick and gradually spread the oil under the film and on the nail until it literally falls off the nail.

It has the following nursing ingredients: paraffinium liquidium, ethylhexyl stearate, ethylhexyl dodecanol, ricinus communis (miracle tree), cyclometicon, tocopherol acetat, vitamin e acetat

Can it distinguish the screen color from the original color?
Screen colors are always based on the settings and the brightness of your screen. Therefore, the screen colors cannot display the exact color of the original colors (body colors) and are therefore not binding. With many different nail photos for every color we want to show you our colors as real as possible. That is why we deliberately use different nail shapes, because every nail, and of course every lighting, is different.
